DMCA & Copyright Policy

Comizy respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material available on or linked from this Site infringes copyright, send a complete notice to copyright@comizy.co.uk.

Copyright notice requirements

For us to assess a request efficiently, include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  3. The exact URL and sufficient information to locate each allegedly infringing item.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Review and action

We may forward a valid notice to the relevant content provider, remove or disable access to material, request more information, or reject incomplete or materially inaccurate notices. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may create liability.

Counter-notice

If material you supplied was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, providing your contact details and signature, stating under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and including the jurisdiction and service-of-process consent required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and technically applicable, Comizy may restrict access by repeat infringers. We may preserve notices and related correspondence as reasonably necessary for legal compliance and dispute handling.
